10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph1234's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds in your ph1234 account at the time the claim arises. ph1234 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ph1234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph1234 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to all registered Players' registered email addresses and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the ph1234 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the ph1234 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.4 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to any legal proceedings arising in connection with these Terms or the ph1234 Platform.
